ПРЕСТЬПНОСТТА В БЬЛГАРИЯ В УСЛОВИЯТА НА МАКРОСОЦИАЛНА ТРАНСФОРМАЦИЯ И ЕВРОИНТЕГРАЦИЯ

Abstract

Crime and its increase under the conditions of social transformation and eurointegration has been discussed in the article. The attention has been drawn on the influence of the most important global trends to crime in Bulgaria in the last two decades. A lot of empirical data – about the level of victimization, population’s assessments of  the degree to which major institutions contribute to the counteraction against crime, ethnique aspects of traditional crime etc. have been presented and analysed. The main real and potential effects of the eurointegration now underway on crime have been examined.
